New Service Connection (NSC)
New service connection shall be made only after proper application has been made by the property owner or his/her legally designated representative on forms provided by the District and the application is approved by the General Manager of the District.
Requirements for filing application

Accomplished application form
-
Copy of Residence Certificate

Two (2) valid ID

Barangay clearance
-
New Service Connection Fee : P 2,400.00
Request for Existing Service Connection
There are several types of request for existing service connections namely:

Repair of leaks ( after the meter not included)

Water meter calibration
-
Relocation / transfer of Service Connection

Voluntary termination or temporary closure of service connection

Reactivation of disconnected service

Billing Inquiry
For billing concerns please present your water bill to the Customer Service Counter or you may call us and state your Account Number, Registered Name and Billing Address for reference.
